Day 58---Citrine snakeskin heels by Carlos Santana. I've owned these for at least 5 years and this marks the second time I've worn them. The first was in Vegas and they were such a bugger to keep from sliding off that I haven't worn them since. But I love the color. I bought little spongy wedges for the back of the heels today and they stay put! Problem solved....ahhh shoe love....
Wow...Day 58! This is turning into the school report that never ends! The first few weeks were easy because I have my standard shoes that I like and wear often. I got those out of the way quickly. Now the weather has changed and I'm looking at my closet filled with shoes I only wear in the Summer or occasionally. Time to dust off the shoes that have been forgotten and remember back to the time we first fell in love. Their looks may have faded, but the feelings never really go away. I hope they feel the same way about me.
I found two new items while perusing through my new ipad. I don't know how they come up with these apps but they are amazing! BareNecessities.com has a couple pair of hose I've never seen before and I think are pretty amazing. The first are called Bootights. They are sheer tights on the top with socks on the bottom. They are all one piece. I love it! I'm ordering a pair today.
The second item is called Hose without Toes. They are made by Berkshire. I haven't made up my mind on these yet. What they are are full length hose with the toes cut out so that you can wear open toed shoes (because all you girls should know it's a big NO NO to wear hose with open toed shoes!!) I'm still thinking it's better to go natural than have cut outs for your toes. But I'll let you be the judge. Let me know what you think.
